Leading Change is a seven-month leadership development experience designed exclusively for Five Frogs alumni. Through retreats, coaching, peer learning, and applied practice, participants strengthen their capacity to lead through complexity while advancing a meaningful change commitment in their organization or community.

Leading Change is an integrated learning journey combining retreats, coaching, experimentation, reflection, and peer learning.
Opening Retreat (Overnight)
November 11–13, 2026
Guest House, Cheshire
Launch the cohort, build relationships, explore adaptive leadership, and begin developing your Change Commitment.
Mid-Program Check-In
February 24, 2027
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Reconnect with the cohort, reflect on progress, work through resistance, and receive peer consultation on real leadership challenges.
Closing Retreat (Overnight)
May 3–4, 2027
Guest House, Cheshire
Celebrate learning, reflect on your leadership journey, share Change Commitments, and identify what’s next.
Individual Coaching
Three one-on-one coaching sessions between retreats.
Participants receive personalized coaching to strengthen leadership practice, navigate challenges, and support implementation of their Change Commitment.

Why Leading Change?
Today’s leaders are navigating unprecedented complexity, competing priorities, and increasing demands. Skill alone isn’t enough. Sustainable leadership requires reflection, practice, relationships, and the capacity to remain grounded while leading change.
Leading Change helps participants strengthen both their inner practice—how they sustain themselves as leaders—and their outer practice—how they create meaningful change in the systems around them.
