Leading Change is built on the belief that leadership develops in relationships. As part of this community, what do you hope to contribute, and what support do you hope to receive?

Section 5: Commitment

This program includes:(Required)

• Two overnight retreats (November 11-13 and May 3-4)
• Mid-point in-person session (February 24th, 10am to 3pm; Snowdate: March 3rd, 10am to 3pm)
• Three individual coaching sessions (remote)
• Accountability Partner Check-Ins: Meet with your accountability partner 5 times, November through May. Time and format are up to you and your partner—just keep it consistent
• Reflection & Between-Session Work: Time for reflection between sessions, plus any assigned readings, audio, or supplemental materials—along with follow-up work from your coach
• Ongoing work on your Change Commitment over approximately seven months
