Leadership Development Roundtable
Our flagship program, known as LDR, offers a group experience to support you in improving your leadership practice in tangible ways. Each Roundtable is a nine-month cohort experience through which you will:
- Acquire the mindset, knowledge, and vision to lead effectively
- Learn with a diverse cohort of peers & expand your network
- Learn about systemic inequities as well as about what works for justice
- Clarify individual strengths and benefit from one-on-one professional coaching
- Be matched with a mentor
- Implement a personalized development plan
