A MESSAGE FROM TRICIA HYACINTH, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dear Friends, Colleagues and Partners,
After deep and thoughtful consideration, I have decided to step down from my position as Executive Director of Five Frogs on January 13, 2023. Rest is a radical form of self-care that I choose to embrace in this season of my life as a fundamental part of personal success, health and happiness. This decision to prioritize my overall well-being is bittersweet and has taken time to arrive at, because I wholeheartedly believe in the transformational work we do and know that it is changing hearts and minds.
In this season of gratitude, I want to express how thankful I am for the opportunity to have served as Five Frogs’ first Executive Director. I am grateful for the wonderful relationships forged with program alumni, volunteers, funders and donors, partners, facilitators, coaches, staff and board members. Thank you for your partnership and courageous, inspirational leadership!
Together, we have accomplished much over the past two years; as the organization moves toward a new phase of leadership and expansion, let us celebrate our collective efforts! Our programs, finances, operations and Community have grown considerably and I am proud of the legacy I leave behind as a strong foundation for continued growth.
I look forward to watching Five Frogs make great strides in creating a more just and equitable Connecticut in the years to come.

Dear Friends, Colleagues, and Partners,
On behalf of the Five Frogs Board of Directors, I write to share our most sincere appreciation to Tricia for her steady, passionate, and thoughtful leadership over the past two years. We are grateful to Tricia for her many contributions, including a thriving set of new and existing programs and partnerships; a focused strategic operating plan; new operational systems; and a robust financial position. We wish her well in her future professional and personal endeavors and look forward to her continued involvement in our Five Frogs Community.
The Board of Directors will soon share information about the search for our next Executive Director and ask that you consider sharing the opportunity with your network. Please stay tuned for more information on how to engage with us in the coming weeks and months, particularly as we keep our programs and relationships moving forward.
