Five Frogs will partner with Fairfield County’s Community Foundation for an information session to help you learn about The Leadership Development Roundtable (LDR).
Building on the experience of 280 LDR participants over the last 12 years, LDR 2021 will be an entirely virtual ten-month small cohort experience to help emerging leaders improve their leadership practice in tangible ways, so they can realize transformational, observable results. The program is not a “class” – it is an applied learning experience including a peer cohort, individual coaching, and opportunities to build relationships and expand a peer network. Like all Five Frogs programs, LDR is designed to build a powerful movement of diverse leaders with the competencies, mindset, drive and relationships to create lasting change for an equitable Connecticut.
The information session will provide the opportunity to better understand the program and whether it is the right fit for an emerging leader within your organization. You will hear from Five Frogs and LDR Founder, Meghan Lowney; Bob Arnold, President and CEO of Family Centers, Five Frogs Board Member; Jennifer Barahona, CEO of Norwalk ACTS, LDR Alum; and Cristher Estrada-Perez, Program Evaluations Manager of RE-Center, Race and Equity in Education, LDR Alum.
Please register for this Info Session by Wednesday, December 16th, no later than 5:00pm.
If you have questions about the program, contact Yolanda Caldera-Durant at LDR yolandacdurant@gmail.com.
