Five Frogs will partner with the Nonprofit Support Program at the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving for an information session to help you learn about The Leadership Development Roundtable (LDR).
Building on the experience of 280 LDR participants over the last 12 years, LDR 2021 will be an entirely virtual ten-month small cohort experience to help emerging leaders improve their leadership practice in tangible ways, so they can realize transformational, observable results. The program is not a “class” – it is an applied learning experience including a peer cohort, individual coaching, and opportunities to build relationships and expand a peer network. Like all Five Frogs programs, LDR is designed to build a powerful movement of diverse leaders with the competencies, mindset, drive and relationships to create lasting change for an equitable Connecticut.
The information session will provide the opportunity to better understand the program and whether it is the right fit for you or an emerging leader within your organization. You will hear from Five Frogs and LDR Founder, Meghan Lowney; Tracey Walker, CEO of Journey Found; LaToya Tyson, Director of Harm Reduction & Prevention, ACT; and Joe Buonannata, Manager, Program Operations, Inclusive Prosperity Capital.
Please register for this Info Session by Monday, December 7th, no later than 5:00pm.
If you have questions about the program, contact Yolanda Caldera-Durant at LDR yolandacdurant@gmail.com.
