Leadership Development Roundtable (LDR) 2024

Leadership Development Roundtable (LDR) is a strengths-based, action-oriented experience designed for brave, bold leaders, working for racial equity and justice.


Our signature LDR program aims to increase connections, collaboration and collective problem-solving among leaders working across sectors to advance equity in Connecticut. LDR is open to emerging and seasoned leaders from all sectors.


Applications are due December 18, 2023. Fee-based. Limited scholarships available.
