LDR is a strengths-based, action-oriented experience designed for brave, bold leaders working for racial equity and justice. The 2022 program will be delivered over a nine-month period using a hybrid model. The cohort will primarily meet virtually and, on three occasions, in-person for full day sessions. Building on 13 years of our signature LDR Nonprofit, our new Tri-Sector LDR aims to increase connections, collaboration and collective problem-solving among tri-sector leaders working to advance equity in Connecticut. Each cohort is limited to 15 leaders.
